About This Role

We’re a young, ambitious team that moves fast, thinks big, and loves turning bold ideas into standout campaigns.

We’re on the lookout for an Influencer Marketing Manager who gets the space, loves working with creators, and knows how to make campaigns happen from idea to impact. You’ll be leading influencer campaigns across multiple clients, building strong relationships with creators and partners, and making sure every campaign actually performs and looks good doing it

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure the vision is aligned with client goals and brand identity.
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas to clients and influencers.

Influencer Relationship Management:

  • Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers across various social media platforms.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers.
  • Ensure influencers align with the clients' brand values and campaign objectives.

Tool Utilization:

  • Utilize our in-house tools to manage campaign workflows, track performance, and optimize results.
  • Stay updated on new features and functionalities of the tools to leverage them effectively.

Reporting:

  • Generate detailed performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data to improve future campaigns.
  • Present findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for data interpretation and insights generation.
