Marketing Manager – Real Estate
About This Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our real estate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote property listings, generate leads, and strengthen our brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing)
- Generate and track leads through various marketing channels
- Coordinate with sales team to align marketing efforts
- Oversee content creation (property listings, brochures, ads)
- Manage company social media accounts and online presence
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly
- Work with agencies, designers, and vendors when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of marketing experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience with CRM systems and lead generation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in UAE real estate market
- Knowledge of property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
- Basic design or content creation skills
