Regional Marketing Manager
About This Role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
- Conduct market research, analyze market trends, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize impact
- Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure success
- Analyze and report on marketing metrics, including ROI, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a regional or global role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in marketing metrics and ROI analysis
