Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile IT & Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the technical infrastructure and online growth of our luxury spa in Dubai. This role requires a unique blend of technical troubleshooting and creative marketing prowess to drive bookings and maintain seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing & Ads: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and social media advertising (Meta/Instagram) to drive ROI.
- Search Optimization: Execute SEO strategies and maintain high Local Google Ranking (GMB) to ensure we are the top choice for "Spa near me" searches.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging social media content, basic graphic design, and copywriting tailored to the wellness industry.
- Technical Management: Oversee spa management software, POS systems, Wi-Fi networks, and basic hardware maintenance.
- GEO-Targeting: Implement location-based marketing to attract tourists and residents within specific Dubai catchments (e.g., Marina, JBR, Downtown,Jlt,Jvc,Jvt).
- WEBSITE maintaince
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in the Dubai Spa industry (essential).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Search Console, Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai wellness market and seasonal trends.
- Language: Fluent English (Arabic is a significant plus).
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
