Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy to maximize visibility
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and analytics to drive measurable growth
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Lead a small team of marketing specialists, providing mentorship and guidance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management or digital strategy
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
