الغرض من الوظيفة
قيادة وتنفيذ الأنشطة التسويقية لزيادة المبيعات وتعزيز حضور العلامة التجارية، مع تركيز قوي على السوشيال ميديا، التجارة الإلكترونية، والتوسع داخل الأسواق (Retail).

المهام والمسؤوليات
• إدارة وتطوير السوشيال ميديا وصناعة محتوى يحقق نمو وتفاعل.
• إدارة قنوات التجارة الإلكترونية (Noon، Talabat، المتجر الإلكتروني).
• تخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات الإعلانية المدفوعة (Google، Meta، TikTok، Snapchat) وتحليل أدائها.
• تنفيذ استراتيجيات In-Store Marketing وB2B داخل الأسواق مثل (Carrefour، Lulu).
• تأسيس وإدارة فرق ميدانية داخل الأسواق (Promoters / Brand Ambassadors) لزيادة المبيعات المباشرة.
• متابعة أداء الفرق داخل المتاجر وتحقيق أعلى معدلات بيع (Sell-out).
• التنسيق وتنفيذ الفعاليات (Events) والمعارض الترويجية.
• إدارة التعاونات (Collaborations) مع مؤثرين وشركاء تجاريين.
• تطوير خطط لزيادة الانتشار في نقاط البيع وتحسين تجربة العميل داخل المتجر.

المؤهلات والخبرات
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التسويق، ويفضل في قطاع F&B أو FMCG.
• خبرة عملية قوية في:
• السوشيال ميديا
• E-commerce (Noon، Talabat)
• الحملات الإعلانية وتحليلها
• خبرة مثبتة في In-Store Marketing وإدارة الريتيل.
• خبرة في بناء وإدارة فرق بروموتر داخل الأسواق وتحقيق نمو في المبيعات.
• خبرة في التعاون مع متاجر كبرى مثل كارفور ولولو.
• مهارات تحليلية قوية واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات.

• زيادة المبيعات داخل المتاجر (Sell-out)
• أداء فرق البروموتر داخل الأسواق
• نمو المبيعات عبر المنصات الإلكترونية
• تحسين نتائج الحملات الإعلانية (ROAS)
