About This Role
# We're hiring a Marketing Manager — Zamania Family (UAE & Bahrain)
We run three family entertainment brands across the GCC — Leo & Loona, Hello Park, and Zamania. And we're looking for someone to take our marketing to the next level.
This is a hybrid role: part strategist, part executor. You'll own campaigns, events, partnerships, and a lean internal team — and you'll be expected to make marketing generate revenue, not just spend it.
# What you'll be doing:
* Driving park visits, birthday bookings, and customer loyalty across all brands
* Planning and running events as a direct revenue channel (full ownership: concept → ROI)
* Building commercial partnerships and activations that offset marketing costs
* Managing paid ads, social, influencer, PR, SEO, and offline channels
* Implementing AI tools and building a data-driven marketing system
* Reporting clearly to leadership with real business metrics
# Who we're looking for:
* 5–8+ years in B2C marketing (entertainment, hospitality, retail, or F&B preferred)
* Someone who can think strategically and execute hands-on
* Commercially minded — you measure success in revenue, not just reach
* GCC experience is a strong plus
