The brand is being launched internationally with an initial focus on African markets, supported by global product development, device manufacturing, and regional distribution networks.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can launch and build the Dexme brand from the ground up. This is not a corporate brand management role.

This is a builder role — someone who can create marketing structure, launch markets, work with distributors, and drive brand visibility across emerging markets. You will work directly with leadership to build the marketing foundation for Dexme globally.

What You Will Do

Brand Development

• Build the Dexme brand positioning

• Define messaging and tone of voice

• Develop product storytelling and brand narrative

• Work with designers on packaging and visual identity

Product Marketing

• Create product launch materials for smartphones

• Develop product pages, feature messaging, and comparisons

• Prepare retail and distributor marketing materials

• Support product launches in multiple markets

Channel & Retail Marketing

• Support distributors with marketing materials

• Develop retail marketing kits and training materials

• Create point-of-sale and in-store marketing programs

• Align marketing with local sales channels

Regional Marketing Execution

• Identify and manage marketing agencies in each country

• Coordinate local campaigns and product launches

• Adapt messaging for local markets

Digital & Social

• Launch and manage Dexme social channels

• Support website development and product content

• Work with influencers and local digital agencies

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has experience launching consumer electronics or smartphone brands in emerging markets.

Ideal background:

• 4–8 years marketing experience

• Experience in smartphones or consumer electronics

• Experience working with distributors and retail channels

• Experience launching products in emerging markets

Highly relevant companies include:

• Samsung regional marketing teams

• Transsion (Tecno / Infinix / Itel)
