We are supporting a leading multispecialty hospital in Abu Dhabi with the confidential recruitment of an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and digital presence of the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep healthcare marketing expertise, and a proven track record of driving brand growth, market awareness, and patient engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing and brand strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead all digital marketing, social media, and content strategies to strengthen brand visibility and patient acquisition.
• Oversee market research, competitive analysis , and performance insights to drive data‑based decisions.
• Manage the full marketing function, including campaigns, public relations, creative development, and media planning .
• Work closely with senior leadership to enhance market positioning, service awareness, and community outreach.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across internal and external touchpoints.
• Supervise and develop a high‑performing marketing team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 + years of progressive marketing leadership experience , ideally within the healthcare or hospital sector .
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, brand strategy, and market analytics .
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and executing high‑impact campaigns.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
