NAJ Express Cargo LLC seeks a proactive, results-driven business development executive to expand its customer base, develop opportunities, and increase revenue.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and approach potential customers, companies, and partners in the UAE.
- Promote logistics, cargo, and customs clearance services; generate leads, follow up, negotiate, and convert prospects to clients.
- Build relationships with customers and attend meetings and customer visits.
- Develop marketing and business development strategies to grow revenue.
- Maintain knowledge of customs clearance, logistics, and UAE port operations.
- Coordinate with operations teams to address customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Monitor competitors and market opportunities; achieve sales targets and submit regular reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven marketing, sales, or business development experience in logistics, cargo, freight forwarding, or customs clearance.
- Good knowledge of UAE customs procedures and port operations, particularly Jebel Ali Port and other UAE ports.
- Strong understanding of logistics services and customer requirements.
- Ability to generate business, acquire customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded, target-oriented, and able to work independently and visit customers.
- Good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
- A valid UAE driving licence and relevant UAE market experience are preferred.
