Role Overview

Audit and Financial Control Responsibilities

• Review transactions, invoices, receipts, payments, expenses, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Check financial records for errors, discrepancies, and irregularities.
• Verify approvals and supporting documentation for financial transactions.
• Review cash, bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial records.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate differences between records and actual balances.
• Monitor financial procedures, authorization limits, and internal controls.
• Review expenses, purchases, sales, and vehicle purchase and sales transactions.
• Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and financial risks for management.
• Maintain audit findings, discrepancy, and corrective-action records.
• Follow up on discrepancies and support completion of required corrections.
• Support internal audits, financial reviews, stock checks, asset checks, and control assignments.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Two to five years of experience in financial auditing, internal audit, financial control, or accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial control procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and financial transactions.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Automotive, used car trading, retail, or trading experience is advantageous.
• ACCA, CPA, CIA, or an equivalent professional qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Arabic is required.
