NAJ Holding seeks an experienced Arabic-speaking Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across the group.
The role supports management with financial analysis, risk management, and business planning.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee finance and accounting operations across multiple companies and prepare periodic financial statements and consolidated group reports.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, working capital, payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
- Analyze performance, costs, and profitability; recommend improvements and provide insights for management decisions.
- Maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls; coordinate with auditors, banks, and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with tax requirements, accounting standards, and financial regulations; lead the finance team and reporting activities.
Requirements
- Finance Manager or similar senior finance experience and spoken Arabic fluency are mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Group-company finance experience is preferred; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
- Strong analytical, leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 15,000–20,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
