Role Overview
Customer Service Representative responsible for customer enquiries, timely assistance, internal coordination, and customer experience throughout the customer journey.
The role communicates with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries and provide information about vehicles, availability, pricing, processes, and services.
- Coordinate customer requirements, quotations, documentation, follow-ups, and issue resolution with internal teams.
- Maintain records of interactions, enquiries, follow-ups, customer information, and daily activity.
- Handle complaints professionally, escalate complex issues, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Support Sales through customer communication, follow-up calls, and messages intended to improve conversion and satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and prepare basic customer service reports when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, or a similar role.
- At least 2 years of call centre experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
- Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is required.
- Automotive, used car, vehicle trading, dealership, logistics, or e-commerce experience is advantageous.
- WhatsApp Business experience and UAE experience are preferred.
