The Marketing Executive supports Mama Shelter Dubai's visibility and reputation through campaigns, content, partnerships, and experiences.
The role works with the Marketing Manager and hotel departments to bring marketing plans and creative ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute campaigns to grow visibility, engagement, and reputation; manage social media and coordinate channel content.
- Coordinate promotions, partnerships, events, and activations across the hotel and its food and beverage outlets.
- Create visuals, posters, digital assets, and marketing materials that express the brand.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing proposals.
- Explore influencer collaborations, media opportunities, and local partnerships.
- Manage marketing calendars, briefs, deadlines, and campaign deliverables.
- Track campaign and social media performance and use results to improve future campaigns.
- Monitor hospitality trends, competitors, and Dubai's lifestyle and food and beverage scene.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and hotel departments to deliver marketing plans.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years creating content in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality.
- Photography and video skills, including lighting and editing.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop; After Effects knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative work, visual style, and point of view.
- Proactive, curious, creative, reliable, and collaborative approach.
