Prepare drinks and create welcoming, memorable guest experiences at Mama Shelter Dubai.
Bar service
- Welcome guests, prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and craft signature cocktails.
- Explain the menu, make recommendations, and serve drinks promptly and accurately.
- Build guest connections and contribute ideas to the bar experience.
Bar operations and safety
- Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service; monitor inventory and replenish supplies.
- Process payments and manage tabs accurately.
- Follow food-safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol-service standards.
- Work with the Head Bartender, servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders.
Qualifications
- Previous bartender or similar experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink preparation, spirits, and bar equipment.
- Strong guest-service skills and ability to make recommendations.
- Able to stay organized under pressure, multitask, and take initiative.
