We're looking for an experienced
Marketing Executive
who can drive marketing initiatives while taking ownership of
CRM management and lead operations
.
What You'Ll Do
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage CRM, lead allocation, lead tracking, and follow-up processes.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize ROI.
- Manage social media, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Support branding, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- What we're looking at
- ✅ 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing & CRM Management
- ✅ Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar)
- ✅ Strong understanding of lead management, marketing automation, and campaign reporting
- ✅ Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms
- ✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
