Role Description
The Property Consultant – Roadshows is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
This role involves actively participating in property roadshows, engaging with prospective clients, presenting Marrfa’s portfolio, and explaining investment opportunities in Dubai real estate.
The consultant will conduct initial needs assessments, provide informed recommendations, and follow up with leads generated during events to guide them through the property selection and purchase process.
Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing marketing materials for roadshows, maintaining accurate client records, collaborating with internal teams to ensure up-to-date property information, and representing Marrfa professionally at all events and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong consulting and real estate skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and provide sound property investment advice.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and deliver clear, professional guidance.
- Candidates should possess proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive real estate environment.
- Relevant experience in property consulting, real estate sales, or related fields, preferably within the Dubai market, is highly beneficial.
- Additional qualifications such as fluency in multiple languages, familiarity with UAE real estate regulations, and strong presentation skills for roadshows are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, maintain a professional appearance, and travel to various event locations as needed.
