Role Description
The International Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This position involves managing and coordinating international sales activities, including supporting sales executives, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and clients.
The role includes responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, following up on opportunities, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact through post-sale support.
The International Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align activities with business goals and market priorities.
The position also requires monitoring international market trends, preparing sales reports, and assisting with the coordination of events, presentations, and client visits.
Qualifications
- Strong International Sales and Sales experience, with the ability to support cross-border clients and transactions.
- Solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, and relationship building.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including CRM use, reporting, pipeline tracking, and process optimization.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with real estate or property investment markets (Dubai or international) is preferred but not required.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and collaborating with diverse, multicultural teams.
