Role Description
The Road Show Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This position is responsible for planning and executing property-focused road shows and promotional events aimed at attracting potential buyers and investors.
The Road Show Expert will identify target audiences, coordinate event logistics, prepare engaging presentations and marketing materials, and represent Marrfa at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
The role includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams, gathering leads, following up with prospects, and providing feedback on market responses to help refine Marrfa’s outreach strategies.
The Road Show Expert will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate offerings and regulatory environment to accurately address client questions and build confidence in Marrfa’s services.
Qualifications
- Experience in event management and road show coordination, including planning, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Strong sales and client relationship skills, with the ability to generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert interest into opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence speaking to diverse audiences and explaining complex information clearly.
- Background in real estate, property investment, or related fields, with knowledge of the Dubai market considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing event data, tracking leads, and reporting outcomes.
- Ability to work on-site, travel for events as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are a plus.
- Relevant educational background in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
