Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Executive - Lead Generation & Crm Management

to manage the complete lead lifecycle—from lead generation and CRM administration to lead distribution, tracking, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will ensure timely lead allocation, maintain data accuracy, coordinate with the sales team, and optimize CRM processes to improve lead conversion and overall sales efficiency.

Lead Generation & Management

  • Generate and manage leads from digital marketing campaigns, events, referrals, and third-party portals.
  • Monitor daily lead inflow from Meta, Google, LinkedIn, websites, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure all leads are captured accurately in the CRM.
  • Verify lead quality and eliminate duplicate or invalid records.

Crm Administration

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database (Bitrix24 or equivalent).
  • Create and update lead records with complete customer information.
  • Ensure proper tagging, source tracking, campaign attribution, and lead status updates.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by auditing data regularly.
