Marketing Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support social media content planning, posting, and engagement.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
• Support events, exhibitions, activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Help maintain the company's online presence and brand image.
• Support customer engagement and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain marketing records and campaign documentation.
• Monitor marketing activities and provide regular updates to management.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National and have a valid Family Book / خلاصة القيد.
• A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior marketing, social media, or related experience is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills are required; Arabic is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and good Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills; creative, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work from the Al Qusais, Dubai office.

Workplace

• Full-time, in-person work in Al Qusais, Dubai, UAE.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 6,000–10,000 per month.
