HR Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and develop HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations across UAE Mainland and Free Zone entities.
• Support blue-collar and white-collar employees, including manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and distribution teams.
• Lead engagement, learning, development, and retention initiatives; advise senior management and department heads.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team and improve HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, trading, or similar large-scale business environments.
• Experience managing HR operations across UAE Mainland and Free Zone entities and blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
• Practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law, employment regulations, and HR compliance.
• Background in HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience in performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies, employee engagement, and talent development.
• Ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams; experience leading and developing HR teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent professional HR qualification is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

• Advertised pay is AED 1.00–AED 10.00 per month.

• Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
