Leads financial operations, strengthens financial governance, drives business growth, and supports strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee cash flow, treasury, working capital, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE tax regulations, VAT, and corporate tax requirements.
- Manage audits, financial risks, internal controls, and cost optimization.
- Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and business growth.
- Lead the finance team and advise senior management on strategic investments and business decisions.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA qualification is highly desirable.
- 15 or more years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership experience.
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior finance leader.
- FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or multinational experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax, budgeting, and financial risk management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
Pay
- Listed pay is AED 1.00–AED 10.00 per month.
