Leaders Documents & HR Services is seeking a motivated, target-oriented Marketing Executive for its Dubai team.
The role focuses on promoting services, generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote company services to potential customers and generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and explain services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with prospects, convert leads into sales, and maintain client relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets; prepare daily and weekly sales and lead reports.
- Identify business opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer handling and stay current on services and market trends.
Requirements
- At least one year of sales-related experience is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach and ability to achieve sales goals.
- Self-motivated, energetic, confident, and able to work independently and within a team.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
