The role supports students in choosing beauty courses and career paths.
Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on beauty, makeup, skincare, hairdressing, and other beauty courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate inquiries and admissions.
- Follow up with leads by phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Recommend suitable courses based on students’ career goals.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Convert leads into admissions and meet monthly enrollment and sales targets.
- Maintain student and lead records in the CRM, and coordinate enrollment with admissions and academic teams.
- Build relationships with prospective and enrolled students and provide timely customer service.
- Stay informed about courses, programs, offers, and career opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, Academic Counseling, or Education Sales.
- Beauty, fashion, salon, wellness, or education industry experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; interest in beauty education and student counseling.
- Target-oriented sales approach and ability to convince, negotiate, and convert prospective students.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, and email.
- UAE availability and immediate joining are preferred.
