The role advises prospective students about beauty courses and supports course inquiries, sales and admissions.
Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about beauty, makeup, skincare, hairdressing and other beauty courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate inquiries and admissions.
- Follow up with leads by phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
- Understand career goals and recommend suitable beauty and professional courses.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, career opportunities and admission procedures.
- Convert leads into admissions and meet monthly enrollment and sales targets.
- Maintain student and lead records in the CRM.
- Coordinate enrollment with admissions and academic teams.
- Build student relationships and provide timely customer service through the admission process.
- Stay updated on courses, programs, offers and career opportunities.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in sales, telesales, academic counseling or education sales.
- Beauty, fashion, salon, wellness or education industry experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong interest in beauty education and student counseling.
- A target-oriented approach and ability to persuade, negotiate and convert prospective students.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp and email.
- Knowledge and experience in nail work and hair extensions are required.
- UAE availability, immediate joining and Tagalog language ability are preferred.
