Leaders School of Fashion & Beauty is seeking an Academic Counselor for its Dubai team.
The role supports prospective students choosing beauty courses and career paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about beauty, makeup, skincare, hairdressing, and other beauty courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate course inquiries and admissions.
- Follow up with leads by phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable beauty and professional courses.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with admissions and academic teams to support enrollment.
- Build relationships with prospective and enrolled students and provide customer service and timely follow-up.
- Stay updated on the academy’s beauty courses, programs, offers, and career opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, academic counseling, or education sales.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, salon, wellness, or education is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong interest in beauty education and student counseling.
- A target-oriented sales approach and ability to convince, negotiate, and convert prospective students.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, and email.
- Knowledge and experience in nail work and hair extensions are required.
- UAE availability and immediate joining are preferred.
- Tagalog is preferred.
