Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities to promote exhibitions and conferences.
The role supports marketing campaigns, digital communications, media relations, event branding, and coordination with internal teams, exhibitors, sponsors, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of each event.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute exhibition marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media content, email marketing, and website updates.
- Coordinate with exhibitors, sponsors, media partners, and agencies.
- Follow up with the Design Team on marketing materials and event branding.
- Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of marketing activities.
- Maintain marketing schedules, documentation, and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing, exhibitions, or marketing Agency
Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
