Marketing & Client Coordinator
About This Role
Role Overview:
This is a marketing-focused role responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility, online presence, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, organised, and proactive, with the ability to manage marketing initiatives independently, attend client meetings, and occasionally support basic administrative tasks when required. The role is based in a fast-paced, production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase online visibility and engagement
- Manage and update social media platforms and digital content
- Create and distribute newsletters and marketing materials
- Support outreach and promotional campaigns
- Attend and assist in client meetings to present ideas, updates, and campaign progress
- Coordinate with internal teams based on client requirements
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed (e.g., documentation, coordination support)
- Maintain marketing databases and track campaign performance
Requirements:
- Prior experience in marketing or related field (production industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable meeting clients and presenting ideas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools
- Understanding of social media platforms and content management
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
