Job overview

Public relations and content

• Support PR initiatives and relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry partners.
• Draft and coordinate press releases, media announcements, company updates, media kits, and presentations; monitor coverage and identify exposure opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day social media support and coordinate graphics, captions, reels, short-form videos, branch visits, and photoshoots.
• Maintain brand guidelines and tone of voice, monitor engagement, and identify social media trends and improvement opportunities.

Campaigns, leads, and partnerships

• Assist with campaigns across social media, email, and website channels, website updates, landing pages, promotional materials, and creative assets.
• Support organic lead generation and identify ways to increase inquiries, bookings, course enrollments, and product interest.
• Work with internal teams to understand lead quality and support educational content and brand awareness.
• Research influencers and partners; coordinate outreach, collaborations, agreements, content requirements, and campaign deliverables.
• Maintain partnership databases and track collaboration results and opportunities with clinics, salons, education institutions, and industry professionals.

Events and brand coordination

• Support events, product launches, workshops, exhibitions, brand activations, branch openings, and training program promotion.
• Coordinate event logistics, invitations, promotional materials, suppliers, media, and influencer attendance; capture content and prepare post-event reports.
• Support Furless Permanent treatment promotion, Furless Beauty Institute courses and student enrollment, and The Trading Corner's professional products and partnerships.
• Coordinate consistent internal and external communications and marketing activity with relevant departments and service providers.

Analytics and administration

• Monitor engagement, reach, leads, campaign performance, PR coverage, influencer activity, and partnership results.
• Maintain marketing reports, campaign trackers, content calendars, and organized records; assist with analysis of platform data.
• Coordinate approvals, follow brand guidelines, support campaign and event administration, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and experience

• 2–3 years of marketing, public relations, communications, or digital marketing experience; GCC experience is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in PR coordination, influencer marketing, media relations, or brand partnerships; understanding of social platforms, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with social media scheduling tools; experience with Microsoft Office and basic marketing analytics tools.
• Beauty, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, education, or retail experience is preferred; campaign, event, or promotional coordination experience is an advantage.
