Furless Permanent is seeking experienced Electrologists to join its growing team in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Saudi Arabia.
The Electrologist provides safe, effective, and professional electrolysis treatments while supporting client care, retention, and business growth.
Treatment Delivery and Client Care
- Perform electrolysis and facial treatments according to Furless treatment protocols.
- Deliver treatments safely, effectively, and professionally.
- Conduct client consultations and provide treatment recommendations and aftercare advice.
- Maintain high standards of client care throughout the treatment journey.
- Build client relationships and support repeat visits through excellent treatment outcomes.
Health, Safety and Hygiene
- Follow company policies and applicable health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain infection control and sterilization procedures.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain treatment equipment, tools, and rooms.
- Use appropriate protective equipment and disposable materials during treatments.
- Dispose of treatment materials according to company procedures.
Communication and Collaboration
- Work with the CRM team, Branch Manager, and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Communicate treatment concerns, follow-up requirements, and scheduling matters promptly.
- Maintain professional, positive, and collaborative relationships with colleagues.
- Suggest improvements to client care and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience as an Electrologist or Beauty Therapist.
- Experience in electrolysis treatments is required.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
