Furless Permanent seeks an experienced Branch Supervisor to lead daily branch operations.
The role focuses on team performance, sales, operational excellence, and client experience in beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and smooth service delivery.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily team performance; lead, coach, and motivate therapists and support staff.
- Drive sales, revenue targets, and client retention; maintain customer-service standards and handle client concerns.
- Monitor appointments and optimize schedules to improve productivity; oversee inventory, stock levels, and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with DHA, hygiene, health, and safety requirements.
- Monitor client feedback and Google reviews, implement improvements, and track KPIs, revenue, productivity, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in beauty, wellness, salon, or medical aesthetics.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, and a strong sales and customer-service background.
- Good understanding of DHA requirements and hygiene standards.
- Confidence handling team performance, client concerns, and daily operational challenges.
- Experience with scheduling and CRM systems; excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Schedule
- 48 hours per week over 5 days.
Compensation
- Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives; no compensation cadence is specified.
