Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Assistant Intern role based in Dubai.

The intern will support daily marketing activities such as preparing marketing materials, assisting with campaign execution, and coordinating with the sales team on promotional initiatives.

Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, updating customer and prospect databases, supporting social media and email outreach, and helping to organize events or client visits.

The role also involves responding to routine customer inquiries in coordination with the customer service team and preparing simple reports on marketing and sales activities.

The Marketing Assistant Intern will collaborate closely with senior marketing and sales staff, gaining hands-on experience in industrial B2B marketing within the valve manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills for professional emails, presentations, and internal coordination.
  • Ability to conduct basic Market Research, including competitor analysis and gathering customer insights.
  • Customer Service skills to support client interactions and follow-up under guidance.
  • Interest or foundational knowledge in Sales and Sales & Marketing within a B2B or industrial context.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn about industrial valves and technical products; prior exposure to industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with a diverse, multinational team.
