Role Description
We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant with 0 to 2 years of experience for a temporary, on-site role based in Sharjah.
This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing executive-level support, handling calendar and diary management, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication.
The Executive Personal Assistant will also perform general clerical tasks to support organizational efficiency while maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Experience with Diary Management and scheduling appointments
- Proficient in Communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent in Clerical Skills and office organization
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
