Role Description

This is a temporary, entry-level role for an Executive Personal Assistant located on-site in Sharjah.

The Executive Personal Assistant will provide direct support to senior executives by managing personal and professional schedules, coordinating meetings, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

The role also involves organizing documents, assisting with travel arrangements, and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualifications preferred
  • Previous relevant experience is beneficial but not mandatory (0-2 years of work experience)
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
