Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team temporarily.
This is an on-site role based in Dubai.
The selected candidate will perform executive administrative tasks, support business executives, manage expense reports, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Additional responsibilities include scheduling meetings, coordinating communication, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and handling Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Executive Support and managing schedules
- Excellent Communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus
