Role overview
Lead operational performance, maintenance, and lifecycle management of critical airport systems in a 24/7 airport environment.
Ensure system reliability, safety, and service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and performance of PBB, VDGS, GPU, and PCA systems.
- Manage specialist contractors, service delivery, KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive asset reliability, lifecycle planning, maintenance optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead technical investigations, maintenance audits, risk management, and business continuity planning.
- Oversee asset performance reporting and analytics using IBM Maximo and Power BI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong experience with specialist airport systems, asset management, and contractor performance management.
- Experience in aviation, airports, or critical 24/7 operational environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in IBM Maximo/CMMS and Power BI.
- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
