The role runs a 100,000 sq. ft. Montreal fulfillment center with more than 5,000 active SKUs.

The manager owns daily operating decisions, budget performance, shipping execution, inventory accuracy, and the customer delivery promise.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and outbound shipping while meeting ship-date and dock-to-stock targets.
  • Run the Canadian centralized returns hub and improve cycle time, throughput, and recovery of resalable products.
  • Protect inventory accuracy across SKUs and bin locations and resolve discrepancies within SLA.
  • Plan labor to volume and manage units per hour, cost per unit, overtime, and weekly labor reviews.
  • Own wave and release planning and coordinate outbound handoffs with GoBolt, AMJ, and other delivery partners.
  • Lead and develop shift supervisors and floor leads and build consistent training across shifts.
  • Keep the site safe, organized, and compliant and support cross-border and product registry requirements.
  • Support the Cozey Operating System rollout by translating floor requirements into system requirements and driving adoption.

Qualifications

  • Applicants need at least 7 years in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution operations, including at least 3 years leading a site or large team.
  • Fluent spoken and written French and English are required.
  • Applicants need experience owning a P&L or operating budget and delivering against it.
  • The role requires hands-on command of labor planning, wave planning, throughput, and inventory accuracy in a high-SKU environment.
  • Applicants should be comfortable with warehouse management or operating systems and building KPI dashboards.
  • Advanced experience using AI tools to improve outcomes is required.
  • The role requires floor credibility, a bias for action, and the ability to lead across shifts and collaborate cross-functionally.

Benefits and Culture

  • The company offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Employees receive professional growth opportunities and a generous paid time off policy.
  • The role provides direct influence over company operations and growth.
  • Cozey describes its workplace as welcoming, inclusive, and respectful.
