What you will do
- Review and process vendor invoices, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Onboard vendors and maintain vendor master data, accounts, and system access for new locations.
- Manage the payables inbox and respond to vendor questions and requests.
- Contribute to month-end close and own credit card reconciliation.
- Automate and simplify payables processes, including by leveraging AI.
- Improve payables data accuracy and reliability to provide Finance visibility into amounts owed and timing.
What the employer is looking for
- 0–3 years of experience in accounts payable or another finance function.
- Experience with an ERP; NetSuite is a strong asset.
- Basic accounting knowledge; tax exposure is a plus.
- Clear, professional communication in French and English.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion with confidential information.
- Comfort with collaborative, process-driven work in a fast-moving environment.
