The Fulfilment Center Clerk, Returns supports day-to-day processing of returned furniture at Cozey's warehouse in Mont-Royal, Québec.

What you'll do
- Receive, unload, and inspect returned furniture; process returns through inspection, restocking, refurbishment, donation, or disposal according to procedures.
- Document return outcomes, report quality issues, organize inventory and storage, and maintain stock records.
- Keep the returns workspace clean, safe, and organized; assist with picking, labeling, and staging orders when needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer happiness teams; follow SOPs and suggest process improvements.
- Perform other related warehouse and fulfilment tasks as required.
What you'll need
- 1–2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.
- Ability to stand and work physically for extended periods, lift up to 49 lb (22 kg), and work in variable temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow multi-step processes, and comfort with inspections, quality checks, and basic documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Quality control, returns processing, furniture handling, and small-team or start-up experience are advantages.
Compensation and hours
- Hourly wage is $21, with 40 hours per week and paid overtime.
- Monday to Friday day shift, 7 AM to 3 PM.
- Benefits start after one month.
Workplace
- The role is hands-on in Cozey's warehouse at 8191 Ch. Montview, Mont-Royal, Québec H4P 2P2.
