The role aims to deliver accurate, timely financial information and analysis, improve reporting systems and processes, and support informed decisions.
Reporting, planning, and analysis
- Deliver reporting to stakeholders, including external parties such as auditors, and analyze reports for business partners.
- Check information and system inputs for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage forecasting and planning in support of entity strategic objectives.
- Manage reporting and MI systems, including trends in financial drivers, operational requirements, ratios, and comparisons of actuals with plans, forecasts, and history.
- Produce accurate, timely monthly financial and MI reports that make performance transparent and support decision-making.
- Improve reporting efficiency, simplify and automate processes, and standardize reports and formats.
- Document reporting, planning, and MI processes in SOPs and organize monthly activities around clear, communicated timelines.
Controls and business support
- Support business performance, cost savings, control enhancement, and entity-wide KPI development and performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain systems and processes for financial, management, regulatory, and other reporting requirements.
- Provide backup support for finance team members and support entity tax matters with accounting, tax, and finance operations.
- Liaise with CB Finance and support finance system implementations with business teams.
- Ensure financial control activities are implemented, monitored, and reported; support cost reporting and cost optimization.
- Support credit card performance analysis, provision and IIS reporting, and maintain policies, procedures, process maps, workflows, responsibility and escalation matrices, guidance notes, forms, and templates.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree; Finance, Accounting, or Management-related major is preferred.
