Reporting, planning, and controls
- Deliver timely reports to stakeholders and external parties such as auditors; analyze reports for business partners and verify data completeness and accuracy.
- Manage forecasting and planning in support of entity strategy, business performance, cost savings, and control enhancement.
- Develop KPIs and performance reporting across CBIS, CBRE, and CB Leasing.
- Manage MI systems and report trends in financial drivers, ratios, operational needs, and actual performance compared with plans, forecasts, and history.
- Produce accurate monthly financial and MI reports that support informed decisions.
Processes and additional support
- Develop and maintain processes and systems for financial, management, regulatory, and other reporting requirements.
- Automate and simplify processes; document reporting, planning, and MI activities in SOPs and standardize report formats.
- Organize monthly activity timelines and support efficient MI production and analysis.
- Back up CBIS Finance colleagues, support entity tax matters and finance system implementation, and coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Finance Operations, and CB Finance.
- Monitor and report financial controls; support cost reporting, cost control, credit card performance analysis, provision and IIS reporting, and assigned projects.
- Maintain policies, procedures, process maps, workflows, responsibility matrices, escalation matrices, guidance, forms, and templates.
Education
- A bachelor’s degree is specified, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a management-related major.
