Supports the Coffee Manager with daily residential operations and event coordination.
Responsibilities
- Organize household supplies, perform light cleaning, and maintain order across the property.
- Run errands to purchase groceries, supplies, and special items as directed.
- Set up and coordinate logistics for household events and family gatherings.
- Receive and inspect deliveries and store household stock properly.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers under supervision.
- Assist with routine maintenance checks and residence upkeep.
Candidate requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in household assistance, hospitality, cleaning support, or facility maintenance.
- Good communication and basic organizational skills; able to follow instructions carefully.
- Respect local Qatari customs, traditions, and work privacy rules.
- Able to handle physical setups for events and gatherings.
- Immediate joiners are given priority.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is QAR 1,000–1,500 per month; salary will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
- Accommodation and transportation are provided.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule based on events and gatherings; off-days are arranged in advance according to event requirements.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
