Job Summary
Manage the operations and residents of a female-only accommodation facility.
Maintain order, safety, and cleanliness within the premises.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily accommodation facility operations.
- Ensure residents follow house rules and regulations.
- Conduct room and facility inspections.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
- Maintain occupancy, maintenance, and incident records.
- Resolve resident conflicts and complaints professionally.
- Monitor supplies and report maintenance issues.
- Assist with check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
Requirements
- Three years of supervisor experience is required.
- Facility or hostel management experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills are required.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
- Flexible availability for weekends and evenings is required.
- Reliable commuting to or relocation to Doha is required.
