Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day facility operations and ensure residents follow house rules and regulations.
- Conduct regular room and facility inspections.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
- Maintain occupancy, maintenance, and incident records.
- Resolve conflicts and resident complaints professionally.
- Monitor supplies and promptly report maintenance issues.
- Assist with check-in/check-out and room assignments.
Requirements
- Three years of supervisor experience.
- Prior facility or hostel management experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills and good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required.
