Oversee daily financial operations and numerical accuracy across healthcare service operations.
Financial operations
- Maintain daily accounting entries, prepare monthly financial summaries, and assist with annual audits and tax filings.
- Process monthly payroll for healthcare staff, caregivers, drivers, and office employees, including overtime, deductions, and adjustments.
- Manage client billing, payments, receivables, receipts, refunds, and vendor and creditor payments.
- Oversee bank transactions, credit card operations, petty cash, cheque tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor budgets, approve daily operational expense vouchers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Track deadlines for company licenses, visa and regulatory fees, and service contracts.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 1–3 years of relevant experience in general accounting, payroll, and financial tracking in an administrative office.
- High proficiency in accounting software, advanced MS Excel, financial spreadsheets, and accurate data entry.
- Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, ethics, active listening, and adaptability in a collaborative team.
Pay and employment
- Temporary position paying QAR 1,500–2,000 per month.
