Barista role supporting a coffee company specialising in events and parties.
Prepare and serve beverages for family members and guests at events.
Job duties
- Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, fresh juices, and traditional drinks.
- Keep the coffee station and pantry clean, hygienic, and organised.
- Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and beverage equipment.
- Welcome and attend to guests politely; manage beverage inventory, supplies, and stock levels.
Candidate requirements
- At least one year of barista, beverage-service, or hospitality experience.
- Respect Qatari culture, values, household rules, and professional protocols.
- Maintain excellent personal hygiene and a neat, well-groomed presentation.
- Be warm, jovial, respectful, and discreet.
- Must currently be inside Qatar; immediate joiners receive priority.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule based on family events and gatherings; off-days are arranged in advance according to event or family requirements.
Benefits
- Accommodation and transportation are provided.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 1,000–1,500 per month; salary may be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
Work location
- Work is in person.
