Oversee daily financial operations and numerical accuracy for healthcare service operations.
Manage financial recording, payroll, budget monitoring, receivables and payables, and operational cost controls.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries, prepare monthly financial summaries, and assist with annual audits and tax filings.
- Process monthly payroll for healthcare staff, caregivers, drivers, and office employees, including overtime, deductions, and adjustments.
- Manage client billing, payment tracking, receivables follow-up, official receipts and refunds, and vendor and creditor payments.
- Oversee bank transactions, credit card operations, petty cash, cheque tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor budgets, approve daily expense vouchers for items such as petrol, vehicle maintenance, and rentals, and identify cost savings.
- Track payment deadlines for company licenses, visa and regulatory fees, and service contracts.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in general accounting, payroll, and financial tracking in an administrative office setting.
- High proficiency in accounting software, advanced MS Excel, financial spreadsheet management, and accurate data entry.
- Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organization, high ethical standards, active listening, and adaptability in a collaborative team environment.

- Work location is in person.
Pay
- QAR 3,000–3,500 per month.
Job type
- Temporary.
Reporting structure
Reports to the MEAL Advisor for daily work, operational updates, and progress reports.
Accountable to the General Manager for major decisions, approvals, and strategic direction; routine updates go through the MEAL Advisor, with direct General Manager contact for escalations or scheduled strategic discussions.
