Job Summary
We are looking for a Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment while ensuring high-quality service and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Visit customer sites to provide technical support and maintenance services.
- Diagnose faults and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the service team to complete assigned tasks on time.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the service and maintenance field.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
