About The Role -

Business Manager And Chief Of Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder to oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple businesses.
• Monitor business performance, key projects, budgets, and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with department heads, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and improve operational processes, systems, and reporting structures across the group.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage high-priority tasks requiring executive oversight.
• Support business planning, expansion initiatives, and the evaluation of new opportunities.
• Prepare regular business reports and executive dashboards for the Founder.

Requirements

• **7–10+ years**
• of experience in Business Management, Operations Management, Chief of Staff, General Management, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing or overseeing
• multiple businesses or business units simultaneously
• .
• Experience working directly with business owners, founders, or CEOs is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience implementing business systems, SOPs, CRM/ERP platforms, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with diverse business interests.

Preferred Industry Experience
